Welcome statement
Thank you for your interest in our 2nd Annual Elite Multi Breed Heifer Sale! We couldn't be more excited to share this set with you. This years set has been meticulously put together with breed and industry leading genetics backing them to ensure the utmost success in the show ring and as future generators in your program. You will notice that it's a vastly diverse set totaling 10 different breeds with many being dual registered.
Terms and Conditions
Please read the special terms and conditions attached to each of the lots. Cattle have all been up to date on vaccination and booster protocols and will sell healthy.
No cattle will leave without a secure form of payment or prior arrangements have been made with buyer and seller. Registration transfers will take place after payment is made in full. Cattle will stay free of charge 10 days post sale, after 10 days they will be subject to $20/ day yardage fee.
Breeding and ET/Flush Interest
Knudsen/Meyer/Brandt retains the option to 1/2 ET interest and or the option to flush all females in the sale at buyers convenience and sellers expense. Keep in mind buyer will still own 100% of the animal. As well as the option to obtain a cell line at sellers expense. Sullivan Farms reserves the right to execute 50% ET interest in lots 4,5,8,9,12,23,25. Please reach out to James regarding any questions.
