Sale information

Welcome statement

Thank You for Viewing Our Annual Spring Born Sale!

We’re thrilled to offer a standout set of heifers that reflects the depth and quality we strive for each year. These females bring genetic excellence, strong maternal value, and eye appeal—a powerful combination whether you’re looking for show ring success or long-term production.

Over the years, heifers from this sale have gone on to win banners and raise calves that do the same. It’s truly an honor to see them thrive in their new homes, and we’re excited to watch this next group do the same.

At T/R Cattle, our passion is working with junior members and families to help build strong foundations and promote elite cow families. We’re especially focused on maternally driven cattle that excel in both the show ring and the pasture—cattle with true form and function.

These females are bred for long-term production value, while still offering the quality, look, and presence to compete at any level and every price point.

Embryos & Semen:
We are also offering a selection of in-demand embryos and semen as part of this year’s sale.
We’d love to welcome you to Glencoe, but if you can’t make it in person, we’re just a phone call or message away.

Health, Management & Paperwork:
    •    Vaccinations: All heifers are current and will receive calfhood vaccinations the week following the sale (if still on-site).
    •    Tattooing: Tattoos will be applied after the sale.
    •    Registration: Papers will be transferred once payment is received in full.

Guarantee:
We stand behind our cattle with a fertility guarantee—either a live calf or a viable embryo.
Note: Disposition, soundness, and overall quality are the buyer’s responsibility post-sale. Once sold, all animals become the property and risk of the buyer—even if they remain on our premises.

Feeding & Show Prep:
We offer optional care and show prep services at cost:
    •    If your heifer will remain at our operation or travel with us to shows, we bill monthly or per event to cover expenses.
    •    For full pricing and details, contact us directly—we’re happy to work with you.

Shipping:
Shipping is the buyer’s responsibility, but we’re happy to assist with arrangements.

•Important: If you need your heifer prior to Texas validation, please notify us in advance so we can coordinate accordingly.

Retained Interest – Embryo Rights:

On a few select lots, T/R Cattle will retain ½ embryo interest.

This interest is rarely exercised—used only twice in the last nine years. However, if you're interested in full embryo rights, we’re open to conversation.

Buyers may “double down” to acquire 100% embryo interest. In those cases, T/R will retain 2–4 successful flushes, with a minimum of 6 embryos per flush.

Final Notes:
    •    Final Call will be used in this sale format.
    •    Questions? Don’t hesitate to reach out—we’re here to help you find the right fit for your program.

We truly appreciate your interest and support—it means the world to us. We can't wait to see where these genetics go next.
