Welcome statement
Welcome to the Lazy JB Angus Online Sale
Thank you for considering an investment in Lazy JB genetics as we celebrate 100 years in the Angus business. We understand you have many options when selecting Angus cattle, and we sincerely appreciate you taking the time to evaluate our offering.
This sale features show heifers, future donors, elite embryos, semen from exciting sires and, for the first time, PGS contenders. Whether you are looking to chase banners or strengthen your breeding program, we take the responsibility of producing better Angus cattle seriously and proudly stand behind this offering.
The cattle are located at Lazy JB Angus in Montrose, Colorado, and are available for viewing before the sale.
Temperament and Training
We are proud of the dispositions represented in this offering. Every heifer has been broke to lead and worked extensively with a show stick. However, continued handling and practice at home are essential for success, especially as each heifer adjusts to a new environment and exhibitor. Any heifer better suited for an older or more experienced exhibitor is noted in her footnotes.
Pickup, Delivery and Extended Care
All heifers must be picked up or delivered within 10 days of purchase. Beginning on the 11th day, a $15-per-day fee will be charged for feed and care. Extended care and show preparation through future events is available and can be discussed with the Lazy JB team.
