 We offer our sincere appreciation for your time viewing our inaugural set of “Lubbock Lights” steer prospects. West Texas has been a destination for over 50 years where exhibitors can shop for the highest-performing show animals in the state. Our goal is to cultivate the ultimate buying experience by bringing competitive breeders together for shoppers to personally consult as they set out to buy next season’s contenders. 
    The consensus from our consignors is this industry was created for and is dependent on the 4-H and FFA youth, and without them these programs & what we do will cease to exist.  Therefore shifting consideration to the buyer, their experience purchasing cattle, and the care and attention they receive throughout the year-long project is our utmost priority.  

     15 of the region's most respected producers will gather at Cook's Garage to display their offerings beginning at 5:00pm on Saturday, April 4th.  The bus barn area is reserved exclusively for our Lubbock Lights crowd, with the restaurant serving in the enclosed patio area.  Please join us for an enjoyable evening: view the sale cattle, enjoy a great meal, Easter Egg Hunt for the kiddos, and fellowship as the online sale gets going at this neighborly event.  We hope to set the standard as far as consignments go, where we are exhibitor focused and start the 2027 season with confidence and enthusiasm for both the buyer and seller.  Head West to those Lubbock Lights, we promise you WILL BE WELCOMED!
