Welcome to The Apex. We are excited to have this set of cattle put together for your consideration! We set out with the goal of having an elite offering of females of various breeds, and genetic offerings, and we feel that we have done just that. Our consignors have sent us a group we are very proud to stand behind. Each of them has found immense success at every level in the industry. We ask that you look through all the lots. Please reach out to any consignor with questions you may have about that particular lot. They will all be very happy to help in any way that they can. Sale and Conditions:

Hauling and pickup arrangements for purchased cattle will be handled by each individual consignor. They will be in contact with you after the sale to coordinate the easiest way to get your calf to you. Arrangements will need to be made within 24 hours of the sale close. All calves have been started on a halter, washed and clipped, and are tie-broke. Please reach out to the consignors of the calf if you want to know about a specific calf's demeanor. All animals will have health papers as well as current vaccinations. Some of the cattle are pending registration; as soon as the DNA comes back, the cattle will be transferred into your name.

Genetic Lot Guarantee:

Reach out to consignors of respective genetic lots for their guarantees, and where the embryos are stored at.

Flush/IVF Info:

Animals with flush retainments will be noted on the individual lot.

Live Lot Guarantee:

Each breeder in The Apex stands behind their calf being sold. Please reach out to the individual breeder if you have any questions about their interpretation of the guarantee. Any negligence on behalf of the purchaser of any calf will likely void any guarantee on
that calf. Such as any virgin IVF or unethical fitting that could affect the reproductivity of the animal, etc.

Sale ends at 8 PM in a racehorse-style closing.
