Thank for viewing our offering. This is a very good set of heifers that will offer a lot of diversity in terms of goals and price points. We believe some of the very best we have offered are within this group!
We guarantee these females as fertile either through pregnancy or embryo production. Disposition, quality and soundness are responsibility of the buyer. Please reach out if you have any questions. Attitude on this group is outstanding but as a family with young children showing we know not every calf is suited for them. 
We will have updated footage available upon request. We strongly recommend reaching out as many lots have really changed. As always cattle can be viewed in person before the sale.
We also understand this is a busy time in the Midwest so we will work with you the best we can to get cattle to you. Delivery cost is responsibility of the buyer. Please make arrangements to have cattle moved within 2 weeks of the sale. After that we will charge $20/day.
Lastly, the sellers reserve the rights to 2 successful flushes or 10 embryos on all lots. This will be conducted at buyers convenience and seller’s expense.
