Terms and Conditions

1. No bidding by any person, entity, or organization located in a foreign country. 
2. All animals included in the sale are the genetics advertised in individual sale lots.
3. All buyers are responsible for securing and paying for transportation for any animals purchased.
4. Sellers have to right to refuse transportation if the well being of the animal during transport is of concern.
5. All animals are to the knowledge of the seller, reproductively and structurally sound and do not possess any disqualification according to the ADGA guidebook.
6. All animals must be picked up within 21 days of purchase.
7. Any animal not picked up within the 21 day window will be subject to a boarding fee.
