Welcome statement
All cattle are located in Smicksburg, PA, and are available for viewing. We will make every effort to have all calves registered in a timely manner prior to the NAILE deadline and any other major deadlines.
Thank you for taking the time to view our offering, both live cattle and genetics. I have always believed that good cattle are good cattle, regardless of breed or age. We have built our program around that philosophy and have prided ourselves on putting together cattle that represent what we believe to be ideal for the industry.
We are very excited to have the Simmental Eastern Regionals in Pennsylvania next summer, and even more excited for the opportunity to see and meet our customers, as well as anyone who has shown interest in our offerings. We hope to see several lots from this sale, along with cattle resulting from previous embryo purchases, there next summer. We would love the opportunity to visit with you about those cattle—and about anything and everything in between.
Our donor battery and cow herd are built around the traits and attributes we believe matter—not only in the show ring, but in the real world as well. We strive to make better cattle, but just as importantly, we strive to have animals that make better people.
The cattle and embryos offered in this sale come from the heart of our program. What makes this offering especially unique is that many of the heifers are direct daughters or granddaughters of our donor females. We have done our best to identify and explain any considerations in the footnotes, but if you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
We sincerely appreciate your interest in our program and hope you enjoy the offering. The health of all the animals is guaranteed, and under complete veterinary inspection. All animals are current on vaccinations, dewormed, and have RFID tags.
