Rimpel Show Cattle Frozen Genetics Sale - TX

DELIVERY:

Buyer shall be solely responsible for arranging the release, shipping, and transportation of any semen or embryos from the Seller’s designated storage facility. The Buyer must coordinate directly with the Seller and/or the storage facility to schedule pickup or delivery.
All semen and embryos are currently stored on-site, at Champion Genetics in Canton, Texas, or at TransOva in Bryan, Texas. Shipping or transfer arrangements must be made promptly following the sale. If semen or embryos are not shipped or transferred within sixty (60) days, storage fees will be assessed to the Buyer.
If the Buyer requests release of semen or embryos after the sixty (60) day period, all accrued storage fees must be paid in full prior to release and shipment.
Any semen or embryo purchases not transferred into the Buyer’s account within four (4) months of the sale date shall be considered void and will be returned to the Seller’s inventory.
Any semen or embryo packages not paid for within fourteen (14) days of the sale date shall be considered void.

Embryos are sold in packages of three (3). Rimpel Show Cattle guarantees a minimum of one (1) confirmed pregnancy per package, provided the embryos are transferred by a certified embryologist within one (1) year of the purchase date.
Embryo packages may include both Grade 1 and Grade 2 embryos. Both grades have demonstrated comparable conception rates.
