Retained Interest: We reserve the option to two flushes on all females, along with cloning rights.
Guarantee: All calves are sold as-is with no implied guarantees, including but not limited to quality, soundness, or fertility.
Possession: All cattle must be picked up by October 6, 2026. A $8 per day fee will apply after that date. Once the sale is complete, all cattle become the property and responsibility of the new owner.
Payment: Payment must be made in full before cattle leave or ownership is transferred.
Insurance: We recommend buyers purchase insurance through the provider of their choice if desired. We can recommend an agent if you do not currently have one.
Registration Papers: Seller will handle registration papers on calves over $5,000
