Flushing:
L83 Ranch will retain 50% embryo interest on all heifers sold in the sale. The resulting flushing, if utilized, is only to occur at the buyer’s convenience and seller’s expense. Unless otherwise noted on the SC sale page.
Guarantee:
All females are fully vaccinated and in good health.
Heifers are sold as guaranteed sound breeders, but risks are assumed by the buyer pending management.
Each heifer is broke-to-tie. They have been led around the barn from the wash rack to the blowing stall. Please contact us about disposition of any heifers with concern.
