Welcome statement
This years addition of the “701 Elite Heifer Sale” is one we are very proud to present to you. This group of heifers has been a set that we feel has a tremendous amount of future.
Anyone who has followed our program knows that breed leading females have come out of past sales such as the Great “Roxi” who is arguably one of the most dominate females in recent years with many high selling progeny- that is now producing the next generation in the Simmental show ring.
Another dominant female has been SHCO Fancy 164F (Rhianna) – she has produced multiple high cattle that have went on to have success at many levels, most recently Brynlee Hoffman showed a daughter to Supreme Champion Heifer at the 2026 ND State Fair.
Cow families have always been a priority for our program- female such as “Penelope” – “512C” and “513C” the above mentioned females are direct daughters of these females, and have continued to fill our sale offering with daughters and granddaughters- all these females continue to produce cattle that have competed at all levels then went into production and continue these Matrons Legacy.
We will have an open house on Saturday October 24 – if you are unable to attend that day please reach out to schedule a time that fits for you.
This year we will be retaining 50% embryo interest in all females selling, you will own 100% possession and all natural calves. If we choose to exercise this option we will have the right to every other flush, at seller’s expense. We offer females right off the top of our production and this will allow us to be involved with these genetics to continue to grow our program.
All delivery is responsibility of the buyer – Heartland Cattle Company will help assist in finding the most economical option- we ask that heifers are picked up by November 5.
