WELCOME STATEMENT
First and foremost we want to thank you for the interest that you have shown thus far. We do not take it lightly.
For our very first sale, this set has handled it all, from 10 days of 100+ heat indexes to plenty of rain, and continued to thrive. It has been fun watching them progress, and we truly believe they will only continue to get better.
We invite you to the farm anytime before October 5th. We would love to talk cattle, hear your goals, and help find the right fit. We are pumped to offer such a diverse set at this caliber, but even more excited to work alongside families and help reach their goals both in and out of the show ring.

RETAINED INTEREST: ML reserves the OPTION to retain two successful flushes (min 12 eggs) on all females and cloning rights, unless noted otherwise on. Sullivan Farms reserves the OPTION to retain 50% embryo interest on Lots 9, 19 & 20. Rozenboom Farms reserves the RIGHT to 1/3 embryo interest on Lot 13.
GENETICS: All done at buyer’s convenience and seller’s expense. The buyer owns 100% of the physical animal, her natural calves, and show career. ML (or the breeder of the animal) is simply reserving legal partnership over her advanced reproductive output. These terms serve as an important genetic safety net for all breeding programs participating in this sale.

TRUCKING: We are glad to assist with trucking arrangements for your purchases at the buyer’s expense. After 10 days, an additional charge of $25 per day will be added.
